
It has been a very emotional past two weeks for gqom Queen Babes Wodumo after she lost her husband Mampintsha.
The couple has been through a rocky road in their marriage but one thing is that they really loved each other and they made up every time after a break up.
On the other hand, Babes and Mampintsha’s mother have never been in good books for the longest if times.
Babes even went out live on social media insulting her mother in law and she did the same retaliating back.
After Mampintsha died on 24 December days after suffering a stroke a war of words broke out between Mampintsha’s family and Babes Wodumo as they both fought for his body at the mortuary.

During the funeral Babes made a giant move and reached out to her mom in law.
Speaking at the funeral she revealed that she will forgive her mother in law and they hugged it out.

After the public stunt Babes was really left emotional as she had to hug her mother in law who had turned into a monster in law.
After the funeral on the the 31st of December, Babes shocked everyone as she hit the stage perfoming the Big Nuz’s hit song Ngeke.
She was out there and gave a spectacular performance. Fans of Babes were very happy for her.

Even during the memorial service she was very jovial and showing that she was dealing with the death in a different way.
Pictures that got out on line as she was visited by Durban Mayor Mxolisi Kawunda Babes was smiling and seemed to be looking strong.
People really greave different and they have a different way of handling their emotions and losing their loved one.
Some prefere crying in private and enjoying in public while some wouldn’t mind going all out and cry their lungs out in public.
