Drama after drama as Mampintsha’s mother has now claimed that she was never informed about the passing of her son.
The funeral of the kwaito legend Mandla Maphumulo respectively known in the entertainment industry as Mampintsha.
There has been a war of words between Babes and the Maphumulo family. Yesterday before the memorial service a fight broke out at mortuary as they fought for his body.
Mampintsha’s mom who is a Gumede has now claimed that she was not told about her son’s passing.
“Mpintsho passed away on 27 December 2022, but I was never informed. I only learned from the media that my son had passed on.”
She added continued, “I was hoping to get formal communication from my in-laws but that never happened.”
She even went as far as saying she doesn’t even know where his body is.
“In fact, I don’t know where they kept his body, so the purpose of my visit was to request Babes to give me permission to see Mpinstho’s body before the funeral,” she added.
