They are trending after they held a a wedding ceremony just a few days after they lost their child.

Just days after their son had died, it has been reported that Davido went on to pay bride price for chioma on the 6th of November and had a private ceremony to celebrate the event.
This comes in contradiction aa Davido previously announced that he was going to marry his lover Chioma next year in 2023.
According to some Nigerian traditional customs the traditional wedding ceremony had to be done now due to the tragedy that has befallen the couple.
Following her son’s death, it is reported that Chioma wanted to break up with Davido.
Chioma is reported to have told Davido that there was nothing else for her to look forward to in their relationship as the son who bound them together was no longer alive.
Though it was a day of jubilation the couple is still in mourning. 9 domestic workers were taken in for questioning but no one has even arrested and police are still investigating.
