Three days to go for the Zimbabwean lockdown to come to an end and most Zimbabweans are highly expecting the minister of health or the president to address the nation on the way forward.

Anytime from today Zimbabweans will know if the current hard lockdown will be extended or eased.

Currently businesses are operating at minimum rate, closing at 3pm.

In Bulawayo hunger pushed people to disregard lockdown regulations as they had to go out of their homes looking for food, eNCA reported.

Businesses have also lamented that the lockdown is affecting their operation and have requested that the government should reconsider the curfew times for businesses.

Zimbabwe was reported to be one of the countries with the most strict lockdown regulations with a curfew of 6pm to 6am. But its cases are not as many.

At the time of publishing Zimbabwe had recorded 34864 cases with 29471 recoveries and 1364 deaths.
