MDC youth leaders who mysteriously went missing on Wednesday 13 May during a demonstration in the capital City Harare, have narrated what transpired.
Three female opposition leaders were allegedly abducted during a demonstration in A suburb of the capital City. These included legislator for Harare West Joana Mamombe , Cecilia Chimbiri and Netsai Marova.
The trio was later found on Thursday night at a business center in Bindura. They were in bad shape beaten and left for dead.
Joana and Netsai have narrated how they were sexually harassed, tortured and forced to eat human waste.
In a heart breaking video, Joana says when they asked to go to the toilet they were told to pee on themselves and she was forced to drink Netsai’s urine.
She went on to narrate that they were made to sing their protest songs and march while being beaten. Water was poured on them and them man begun to molest Cecilia’s breasts.
They were then thrown out of the truck, dumped at an unkown location and warned that they were being watched.
The trio were rescued and sent for medical examination at a local hospital.
The opposition party has blamed these to be the works of the cruel regime.
Zimbabwe has been known since the reigns of Robert Mugabe to have state agents who abduct anyone who goes against the will of the government. Many cases of this nature have been reported but none have been solved .
The government yesterday released a statement distancing it’s self to have had a hand in this. And also appealed for assistance in solving the matter.
